在TIP 的日子里

從TIP 回來已有一周的時(shí)間，每天都會(huì)和朋友們和家人提及TIP 。很幸福、很難得的一次經(jīng)歷。

每一天清晨，學(xué)員們都會(huì)很早起床，吃過早餐后在校園的操場(chǎng)上朗讀英語小短文。這對(duì)于每一個(gè)成年人來說是很歸真的一種體驗(yàn)。自從工作以后，忙碌的生活帶給我們的都是永無止境的想法和停不了的事務(wù)，很少在清晨偷出空閑時(shí)間來朗讀自己喜歡的文章或背誦一些名言警句，然而在這里，在這個(gè)全封閉式的英語培訓(xùn)班里，我們又重溫了學(xué)生時(shí)代的那種特有的精神享受——讀、背、記！

八點(diǎn)了，全體學(xué)員要到大教室去聽課!每天的這個(gè)時(shí)候，可敬可愛的外教都會(huì)將當(dāng)日的學(xué)習(xí)安排和一些特別需要注意的事項(xiàng)向每位學(xué)員做一個(gè)梳理，還會(huì)將前一天的學(xué)習(xí)做個(gè)總結(jié)和鼓勵(lì)。接著，我們就會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)英語語音。大家會(huì)在這個(gè)時(shí)間段體驗(yàn)一下英文繞口令，很能鍛煉口腔肌。最受大家喜愛的，就是MOMO時(shí)間段的英文小范文，小范文蘊(yùn)含大哲理。從最初的I can do it  到后面的Nobody knows the difference再到Everybody has a dream,每一篇文章都很鼓舞人心，并且告訴我們?nèi)绾卧谏钪袑W(xué)會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)換視角看待問題、為什么每天要選擇一個(gè)好的表情來面對(duì)所發(fā)生的一切？怎么做才能夠讓自己開心，大家舒心等等。這些故事在潛移默化的啟發(fā)著我們。

10點(diǎn)了，我們又進(jìn)入了下一個(gè)課堂的學(xué)習(xí)，這個(gè)課堂是小課，是由我們各班的外教來陪伴我們度過。為什么說是陪伴，是因?yàn)樵赥IP里，每個(gè)外教都是我們的陪伴者、幫助者，在整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過程中最重要的老師是自己。我們必須嘗試著用自己會(huì)說的英文句子和英文單詞的近義詞來表述我們陳述的內(nèi)容，實(shí)在不會(huì)表達(dá)，就用簡(jiǎn)筆畫的方式，堅(jiān)決不可以用中文。因?yàn)樵赥IP 里，為了使每位學(xué)員在短時(shí)間內(nèi)卓有成效，必須得保護(hù)這個(gè)只有英文，沒有中文的環(huán)境！這樣一來，我們這些從小說慣了中國(guó)話的學(xué)員們?cè)谝?guī)則的制約下創(chuàng)造了很多新穎的笑話！比如說當(dāng)外教告訴我們?cè)撟鍪裁床辉撟鍪裁吹臅r(shí)候，中國(guó)學(xué)員在下面很認(rèn)真的回答：“MUST!”沒想到趙本山經(jīng)常在電視劇里運(yùn)用的“必須的”在英文世界里一樣可以擁有粉絲！我們?cè)谶@個(gè)時(shí)間段里，多半是分組討論不同的主題，或者在同一時(shí)間完成不同的任務(wù)等，這樣使我們每個(gè)人都可以張嘴說英語，而且小組成員會(huì)及時(shí)幫助我們解決問題。其實(shí)，TIP的很多教學(xué)理念都是值得老師們借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)的——在課堂上如何組織課堂教學(xué)，從而使學(xué)生們能有效接受新知識(shí)。教師必須花一些心思，根據(jù)不同年齡段孩子的心理來設(shè)計(jì)一些比較有趣的教學(xué)方式，讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生興趣，激起他們內(nèi)在的潛力或***，從而達(dá)到教學(xué)目的。在整個(gè)過程中，一定要記住，課堂教學(xué)一定要以學(xué)生為主，讓學(xué)生多發(fā)言、多問問題。

在TIP里，還有一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)就是每天中午和晚上45分鐘的用餐時(shí)間必須都得和本班的同學(xué)坐在一起。這樣我們又可以有足夠的時(shí)間練習(xí)英語口語。每天的這個(gè)時(shí)間段里，各班都會(huì)展示出各班的風(fēng)采，每個(gè)班級(jí)都有屬于他們自己的口號(hào)，45分鐘的時(shí)間內(nèi)，食堂里的口號(hào)聲此起彼伏。很熱鬧，大家都會(huì)放聲喊，有些同學(xué)也說：“喊喊口號(hào)，很開胃！”

TIP的課程設(shè)計(jì)的很科學(xué)，不會(huì)讓大家感到乏味，下午的時(shí)間我們會(huì)看一些經(jīng)典的童話故事和名人演講。盡管大家都是成年人了，但對(duì)童話故事的熱愛依舊如兒時(shí)般陶醉。畢竟真善美是這個(gè)世界永恒的主題。

外教在不同的周末都會(huì)給我們安排不同的任務(wù)，我們會(huì)有每個(gè)班級(jí)的精彩節(jié)目展示，還會(huì)有每個(gè)人不以雷同的演講。這樣的形式會(huì)讓我們?cè)俅蚊劝l(fā)熱情，投入到新的任務(wù)中，會(huì)一直保持新鮮感。以前也會(huì)表演節(jié)目，但是節(jié)目中不許有中文歌詞出現(xiàn)，會(huì)讓大家感覺到稍有點(diǎn)難度。我們只能選擇一些只有曲子，沒有唱詞的歌曲來當(dāng)伴奏。在這樣的時(shí)候，來自不同地方的老師們也會(huì)展現(xiàn)出自己家鄉(xiāng)的特色，二人轉(zhuǎn)、新疆舞、陜西大秧歌竟也是那么的出彩！帶來了不少的樂趣！每天下午的體育課時(shí)間，我們都會(huì)投入到這些有趣的任務(wù)當(dāng)中，擺各種造型照相、用不同的形式拍TIP 的廣告、還有用畫筆展示自己的收獲······這樣的巧妙安排，讓大家感到很放松，在快樂中獲取知識(shí)，在參與中體驗(yàn)不一樣的心情，也許這樣的精心設(shè)計(jì)，會(huì)讓一部分人重新找回自信、找回對(duì)生活的積極態(tài)度，獲得尋找快樂的方法，在生活中少一些抱怨、多一些體驗(yàn)！正如我們?cè)赥IP 中經(jīng)常重復(fù)的”Attack your limitations !Build your confidence! Commit yourself! “這是我們學(xué)習(xí)英語口語的ABC寶典，但我覺的也可將此寶典應(yīng)用到我們的生活中。

下午的最后一堂課是club.這也是很受大家歡迎的課堂。我們?cè)谶@里欣賞了很多種美妙的美國(guó)音樂。了解到很多的重要的美國(guó)傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日，還有，懂得了為什么課堂上要以學(xué)生為主的教學(xué)方法。很喜歡外教們對(duì)工作的熱情和積極投入的態(tài)度。在課堂上，他們仿佛是一個(gè)傳感器，能把熱情帶給每一個(gè)人，讓大家都被感染，盡情的歡樂起來！

學(xué)習(xí)一種語言其實(shí)并不難，只要我們肯投入，愿意堅(jiān)持，主動(dòng)接受，我相信我們會(huì)做的很好！學(xué)習(xí)如此，做人也是，只要我們真誠(chéng)、講實(shí)話、踏實(shí)，樂觀，我們會(huì)贏得大家的尊敬和信任。

還記得剛報(bào)道那天經(jīng)過的校園小路；第一次遇見外教時(shí)只說“Hello”的羞澀；在清晨站在操場(chǎng)上放聲朗讀后內(nèi)心的愉悅；觀看電影后腦海里澎湃的思緒；還有每天傍晚閱讀雜志開闊視野的舒適，無不給人一股天天向上的力量。

每一次經(jīng)歷都是彌足珍貴的，每一次體驗(yàn)都是刻骨銘心的，每一次收獲都是值得分享的。

我愿意把學(xué)到的快樂帶給身邊的人......我感謝為我播撒愛的人，謝謝你們的愛，我會(huì)將愛傳遞。

TIP日記之一二篇

2011年9月7日

今天是來到TIP（Total Immersion Program）的第三個(gè)晚上了,感覺非常好！我們是美中英語教育機(jī)構(gòu)的第53期學(xué)員，今天剛開完開學(xué)典禮。在開學(xué)典禮上，老師不停的強(qiáng)調(diào)今天是未來二十天內(nèi)唯一的可以說中文的一天，以后都是：English only,  No Chinese!這期的學(xué)員大都來自廣西省、新疆省、延安市的一些較偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的中小學(xué)英語教師，大家來到這里都是為了兩個(gè)口號(hào)——“西部的孩子不笨，英語口語兩年可以趕上上海的孩子”，“西部的老師很棒，兩年可以替代外教”所倡導(dǎo)的那樣，教育先行！

學(xué)校的各個(gè)方面設(shè)備齊全，我們的校區(qū)就設(shè)在北京大學(xué)圓明園校區(qū)，報(bào)道的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都是那么的緊湊、張弛有序。每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都能看到外教和一些中方工作人員的周到服務(wù)和細(xì)致入微的安排，無不讓我們每個(gè)學(xué)員感到溫暖、欣喜。報(bào)道后就有一個(gè)面試，這時(shí)外教告訴我們：“Do not  nevous, interview is not exam.”接著，我們就排隊(duì)來到面試的教室里，外教很熱情的與我打了招呼，都是一對(duì)一的面試，面試是為了讓每個(gè)學(xué)員找到適合自己的教師，更有效的投入學(xué)習(xí)。到了晚上，開學(xué)典禮的時(shí)候，來自不同國(guó)家、不同膚色的外教與我們每位學(xué)員一一見了面，很熱情洋溢的“Hi”“Hello”以及那綻放的笑容感染著我們每一個(gè)人，仿佛是久別很久的親人，再次重逢，那種笑容，很和諧、很燦爛！

2011—09—09
Today, we study some interesting and faithful story. Also, in PE time, we played three games. The first one is blandfold , this game told us that we must trust each other in our class or in our family also our dear friend who around us all the time. Everyone of us standing in a long line and put our arm into the front people’s back. And then, we walk along the road with the eye blandfold. Our teacher told us that “Keep going ”,”turn right”·····
The second game is that we guess the name of the people who behind the blanket. This game teach us must speak English everytime, we must remember our classmate’s name ,and keep touch in !
What’s more? We go to the Fairy tales and Famous speeches, the story is named ”Puppies for sale” which from Chicken soup for the soul inspiration us that no matter you meet the people ability or disability, we must treat them equally. As the little boy say :”I don’t run so well myself ,and the little puppy will need someone who understands.”
Sometime, I always think what is the most important thing in my life?
The answer is power. My power comes from my family, my friends and my confidence , commit .Because they are only !I want to do it better in my life!

2011-09-10
Today is the Teacher’s Day. Morning our facilitators give us a very beautiful present. They said : ” In China, I know the teacher ‘s day is very important day to the teachers. So in TIP,I hope you have a good time and pass a wonderful day”!
In our club time, we study the Easter holidays. Christians celebrate this day as a religious holidays, and often spend it with family. The name of this day comes form a mythical goddess of fertility. She was often with a rabbit to symbolize rapid birth of spring. Also, eggs are elyed to represent the varying colors of sunlight.
Then, we go to the computer lab. The lab is very wonderful and nice. There are many kinds of subject pronunciation for us to study ,such as words, songs .After class, I went to the telephone room call my dear parents ,teacheres and my close partner, include MrGuo. It made me very happy. I missed and told them I will study hard and come back to ZhouQu as soon as possible.
Sometimes, I want to be a warm-hearted girl who do anything as she can. But when I grow more and more old, I feel that I have a little time and few ability. It’s a pity! Zhouqu give me so much feeling, I thought the experience what I got from zhouqu as a volunteer is play a very important role in my life!

Today morning, we take part in English coner .Everyone of us talk something about love. We have a very wonderful time. In the afternoon, we watch movie-Ultimate Gift: We know life is how you live it not how you spend it.
And life is what we make it. Always has been, always will be. Happy relationships depend not on finding the right person, but in being the right person.
Most people think of love as some sort power outside of themselves that will “take them away from all this”, sadly, this is not the case. Love exists only within our hearts and to have happy relationships, we must first become truly loving people. And as we fill our hearts with love by expressing love toward all people in thought, word and deed, then that love will heal our own lives, help to solve our problems and enable us to feel good about ourselves.
Emotionally healthy people coming together to give to each other rather than to take from each other.
To be loved, you must love others first.

2011-09-12
Today is Mid-autumn Day. In TIP, everyday is different. Because, there are so many kinds of act need active .How fresh!
This afternoon, our classmates go around the playground to take photos. Because it’s the photo scavenger hunt. Our classmates divide into six groups. We all go to the different place by many kinds of pose. Just like a super star, a cook, a car model and so on.
In the evening, our classmates are holding a simple celebrating .Even if the simple, but very interesting. Every group choose the most beautiful program to showing. In our group, we are dancing follow May who is from xinjiang province. The most interesting and funny program belong to Herry’s group. They all walk like model one by one with headache, toothache, stomachache and buttockache. This is called famous model planner! Hahahaha
After class, we all take part in the party enjoy ourselves. Our facilitators teach us so many kinds of foreign dancing. Wonderful!

2011-09-13
Thank you for my teacher, thank you for all of the people who support me to study in TIP. Because of your good mind, I can have a choice to sit here studying, so many interesting and useful curriculum, I will remember your warm heart and the gain, I will cherish. I still insisting on it.
I am a lucky student. I think so.
These days, I always remember something in zhouqu.Zhouqu looks like my hometown, and usually come to my dream. I think that if I have enough time ,I will share all the things which I study from TIP with teachers and doctors. Study is not just a short time, everyone of us who want to be happy and comfortable ,we must study day by day, even if we are old enough ,we should study!
Thank you for TIP, It bring so much happy time to us. Also, give us much knowledge. The most important thing is that go on study can help us build our confidence!
Lifetime is too short, so we must do anything what I want to do. Even if we failure many times, we never give up, don’t quit, continue to do it!
If you want to succeed in doing something, you must insist on yourself! Until you get a wonderful result or a specially experience.

I will be kind to others whenever I can, no matter how small Might be, who knows, maybe someday I will need their kindness in return.
Today, we watch a faith tale-the lion and the mouse. It’s very interesting! It all remind us ,must be kind to everyone that you meet in you life. Because we don’t know what will happen tomorrow, so we should equal to everyone.
I find that a good way which can take us to a successful road.
Everyone are worried about something that they meet one day. If one day your leader or your teacher tell you that you must finish one thing on their ordered day. You don’t worried about all the time. You just try you best to do the thing which happen now. Because , if you finish everything use you heart, I think ,a good idea maybe come out! And help you decide your opinion! Experience is very important .We must do something with the team. We must share our opinion with other members and listen their opinions. To trust them, believe them, if you do this ,I think ,your successful will be celebrated by all of the people. Not only just yourself.
I like psychology! I will become better and better!

Today, I want to talk something about attitude. We should tell everyone how to look on the positive side of the situation. All of the time be a positive person!
Every morning when we wake up and say to ourselves, we have to choose today. We can choose to be in a good mood or we can choose to be in a bad mood. I want to choose to be in a good mood.
Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be a vitim or I can choose to learn from it. Everytime someone complains to somebody ,we can chose to accept somebody’s complains or point out the positive side of life. Life is all about choices, when we cut away(remove) all the junk ,every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to situations, you choose how people will affect your mood. You choose to be in a good mood or bad mood. It is your choice how you live life.
We learned from that every day we have the choice to live fully. Attitude , after all is everything.
No matter, what shall we do, we must truth! honest! and straight! If we are truth, we can do everything well and everyone will believe us.
Life is beautiful! So we should enjoy it!
